• Routine and Surgical Dentistry:

Pejman qualified from Bart’s and The London School of Medicine and Dentistry, University of London after completing a Bachelor of Science degree in Neurosciences from Kings College, University of London. Since then he has spent several years in private and corporate practice treating patients in routine and general dentistry and gaining valuable experience alongside leaders in the field of dentistry.

He has gained the prestigious membership of the joint faculties of Dental Surgery and General Practice from the Royal College of Surgeons in England (MJDF RCS). He was awarded an Honorary Clinical teaching position at King’s College Hospital and has been involved in teaching at undergraduate level as well as mentoring newly qualified dentists undergoing vocational training.

• Dental Implants:

Pejman has a postgraduate Diploma in Dental Implantology from the University of Salford. He is currently undertaking further studies and is working towards a Master of Science degree (MSc) in the same subject at Salford University.

Pejman and the Avalon Oral Care Center have been chosen by the prestigious ITI institute (International team for Implantology) to establish and run an ITI study club in West Sussex. Pejman is the ITI study club director for West Sussex and has organized and run several seminars at the practice for local dentists as well as ITI members and fellows. He is very passionate about dental education and research and aims to continue running postgraduate educational events at Avalon Oral Care Centre.

Patients can therefore be happy in the knowledge that in addition to receiving the best general dental care, they will also have the option of having dental implants at Avalon Oral Care Centre.

Outside of Dentistry, Pejman has a keen interest in sports, having previously been an international weight lifter representing Great Britain at International level. One of his highest achievements was winning the British Weightlifting Championships and becoming British Champion in 1996. He regularly competes in 10K and Half Marathon charity runs, raising money for cancer research and various hospices.
